Bodri’s Hungarian Artisan Bakery & Cafe aims to make your shopping easier and worry free with our dedicated team based in Adelaide, South Australia.

We will do our best to respond to all emails and enquiries the same business day.
Being an artisan bakery, our main focus is to provide you the finest and healthiest baked products. Therefore all our products are handmade and freshly baked in small batches in our café. This means that sometimes we may ran out from some of our products and may need a little extra time to prepare and bake more for you. From 1st of July, 2019 we only accept orders throght emails or phone calls.
The products and services offered for sale by Bodri’s Bakery & Cafe are not available to persons under the age of 18 years old and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts. Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this Web Site will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Bodri’s Bakery & Cafe does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this Web Site.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUND
After receiving your order we do not accept any modifications in the order and cannot offer refund for change of mind by default, however we will do our best to accomodate your request if possible.
Also please make sure to pick-up your ordered goods in our trading hours on the requested day as we won't accept refund request for missed pickup dates.
Bodri’s Bakery & Cafe reserves the right to cancel orders placed at any time provided a full refund is granted to the customer. Order cancellation includes and is not limited to an incorrect pricing display on the website.
Most of the goods and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10% if delivered in Australia. The GST-inclusive price that appears on the site is the price you pay in Australia.
It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with a fraudulently obtained credit card. Orders that are found to be fraudulent will be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.
The product information contained in this website is provided by Bodri’s in good faith. The information is believed to be accurate and current at the date the product information was placed on this website.

In ordering products from this website, you accept all responsibility for selecting a product that is suitable for your purposes.
While most of our freshly baked products are only available for pick-up in our cafe, we do have some products which are available for postage.
We deliver interstate via AUSPOST EXPRESS Package service with insurance for a $32 flat fee.
We use special shipping cartons which has a weight & size limit. The ordered products should fit into two
cartons (30m x 22cm x 11cm) and the total weight should be less than 5kg.
Example: We can put 2 bejglis in one carton, or 6 packets of vanilla kifli, or 2 bottles of Raspberry cordial)
If your delivery address post code is in the AUSPOST Express postage service area the shipping may take 1-2 days. (Major AU ies, Metro area). If you live outside of this service area, please call us and tell us what would you like to order, and we will try to work out a safe way to receive your Bodri's favourites safely in a controlled time.
POSTAGE RESPONSIBILITY / DAMAGED ITEMS
Under no circumstances does Bodri’s ever warrant that it will meet a particular delivery date or time. We only rely on AusPost service and their performance.
However, if your package arrived damaged, please immediately report it to the postman or your local office and take some pictures of the damages box & products! Any insurance related issues should be reported to us in 24 hours from its delivery, otherwise we won't be able to assist you further under any circumstances.
At Bodri’s we always endeavor to have your package delivered on time. If you do need your package urgently, please do not hesitate in calling us so that we can discuss the available options.
If you are not home at the time delivery is attempted, a calling card will be left. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions on the calling card within a reasonable time frame. Instructions will be either to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery or collection from your local post office.
A failure to not deliver on-time does not constitute a failure on the part of Bodri’s.
Bodri's takes our customers’ privacy seriously and has taken all of the appropriate measures to ensure with confidence that any information given to us by our customers is securely protected.
For security reasons, we do not store any banking or credit card information. We respect the sensitivity of customers’ personal information and will never share their details with any other organization.
