We offer various Products and Catering Services through our website. Please read through our delivery terms & conditions before you place an order on our webshop to avoid from any disappointments or disputes.
SERVED LOCATIONSWe only deliver our products to Australia's major cities - based on our courier company's definition.
1. Our Catering offers - including the Freshly Baked products for Party Catering, Onsite Open Fire Cooking and the Bodri's Taste of Hungary Food Truck are only available in Adelaide area (South Australia).
2. Our "Bake Your Own" frozen products are only available in Adelaide area (South Australia). We cannot ship these products outside Adelaide.
3. Ordering from our Freshly Baked Party Catering products or Frozen products will be delivered by a special courier service or by ourselves after negotiating a suitable date & time with you.
4. Local Pickup in Adelaide (SA) is available for all our products, in this case we will negotiate a suitable time & place with you somewhere close to Adelaide CBD.
5. We can delivery our products from the Gourmet Boutique & Lucaffé products interstate in Australia. Our system will calculate the shipping charge for you based on your post code.
6. Please be aware, that not all locations are covered by our courier partner. As an indication, most of the major cities in Australia are covered. If you are not sure if your location is covered, please contact us before you place your order.
We are doing our best to pack our precious products as safe as possible while they will be on the way to you. Our sensitive baked items will get internal cooling in the box, and also special safety packaging to avoid from any damage. Please note, that despite our utmost care, baked products may suffer from minor cosmetic damage through posting which won't be covered by the insurance. If you would like to avoid from this risk, please select Local Pickup at the checkout. (Local pickup only available in Adelaide CBD area.)
Some of our products and baked products are quite sensitive for deliveries. Therefore we picked a courier company which includes insurance in their freight charge. Please note, that this insurance only covers serious damages, not cosmetic damages on the products. Please accept the fact, that posting baked goods may result minor cracks, but this does not alter the enjoyment of our products. If you feel, that your ordered products were damaged, please take some pictures inside & outside of the box and send it to us immediately to start the insurance claim with our courier partner.
Please note, that there's a weight limitation with our courier company, and your parcel shouldn't be more than 5kg. If your order is more than that (you will be notified at the checkout) then please split your order into 2 or more orders to be able to checkout.
1. When you order Products from our freshly baked Party Catering, you can give us your preferred delivery date & time at the checkout for your party.
Please note, that it may happen, that we cannot accept your order to certain days & time due to our other events or overloaded capacity.In this case we will contact you in 24-48 hours and based on your choice we will offer a full refund, or you can reschedule your party to a suitable time.Once we confirmed our availability to you we will do our best to fulfill your order on the requested date and time.We advise to contact us before you place your order to check out our availability as it can change anytime.
2. If you choose Local Pickup at the checkout, we will negotiate a suitable date, time and location with you where you can pick up your order. (Only in Adelaide CBD area).
3. If you order from interstate, we cannot accept your preferred delivery date. Depending on what you ordered, we will adjust the dispatch based on the below factors: - If you ordered baked products, we will dispatch them on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid from additional days (weekends) spent in warehouses. Most of the orders should arrive latest on Friday to your place. - If your items are not sensitive for delivery delays we will dispatch them as soon as they are available from our production or from stock.
4. As a guide, please find below the estimated delivery deadlines (after dispatch) for different cities.
- Adelaide (Same Day)
- Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo (1-2 days)
- Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, Central Coast, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers, Albury, Hobart, Launceston (2-3 days)
- Perth, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Cost, Maryborough, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Rockhampton (3-7 days)
- Cairns, Townsville, Mackay (5-12 days)
5. Please note, that Bodri's Bakery & Cafe cannot take any responsibility for unexpected delays in deliveries. Please use the above mentioned estimated delivery times as a guide.
If you are not home at the time delivery is attempted, a calling card will be left. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions on the calling card within a reasonable time frame. Instructions will be either to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery or collection from your local post office.A failure to not deliver on-time does not constitute a failure on the part of Bodri’s.
